The hostess was exceptional and shared lots of history, the grounds are fantastic, quiet and the home-cooked breakfast was one of the better meals I've had in weeks. The age and beauty of this place was enchanting.

Fantastic location, exceeded our expectations. Beautiful river running along the gardens. The air conditioning was a godsend on a hot weekend, and the cooked breakfast was great. High chance we will be back at some point

Situated in Birchington and only 10 km from Granville Theatre, The Flint Barn at Quex Park Estate features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Absolutely beautiful building/accommodation, set in a lovely estate that has everything you coulld possibly need. The whole experience felt cosy, clean and relaxing. The beds were super comfy, the living space was pleasant, but the biggest highlight was the hot tub! Exactly what myself and my family (and doggies!) needed out of a mini-break away for my Dad's 60th Birthday. The hosts themselves were lovely and attentive. The young gentlemen in particular who showed us to the accommodation was most helpful and welcoming. And thank you so much to the gentlemen (I think, Ian?) who came round on our last evening to let us know that no one was checking in next day and we could take our time in the morning :) definitely didn't want to leave!

Offering a garden and garden view, The Cow Shed at Quex Park Estate is set in Birchington, 24 km from Canterbury Cathedral and 24 km from Deal Castle. Had everything u need for a great weekend. Local farm shop and restaurant on the side with friendly staff. Definitely will be back again!

Boasting a hot tub, Luxury Four Bed Country House With Hot Tub - Woodchurch near to Ashford is located in Ashford. This property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. A beautifully presented house with excellent features and fittings in a quiet location. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped and could easily cater for cooking for our large family. The adjoining dining area was a bonus with plenty of comfortable chairs and large table. The lounge was spacious and homely with large sofas and additional bean bag seating. The whole house felt welcoming and warm. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom fitted out to a high standard. On 3 mornings we awoke to deer grazing in the field at the back of the house and pheasants also visited during our stay. Our hosts were very helpful in all communications promptly replying to any questions. We arrived to 2 beautifully decorated Christmas trees and a load of delicious Christmas goodies. Thoroughly recommend Rainford House. We would love to return in the summer to make better use of the extensive grounds. Thank you Sue and Tim for a wonderful stay at Rainford House.

Set in the grounds of the spectacular Leeds Castle in Kent, this property offers a free entry to the castle (subject to availabilities) and its grounds as part of their stay. Setting was beautiful. Accommodation was excellent. Great value especially when ticket for Castle was included for each day.

Surrounded by scenic Kent countryside, Iffin Farmhouse is just 2 miles from historical Canterbury. With stylish rooms and free Wi-Fi, the house also offers free parking. The property location was beautiful on the countryside and Sarah was very helpful. We would definitely come back again.
