Milima lodge was an excellent choice. I will never forget the staff, specially our guide and the restaurant staff, for its great passion and constant capacity of making you feel special. The location also has to be mentioned. I remember sitting outside our tent in my pijama and just seeing passing almost all big 5. The food and every meal experience were just AMAZING!!

This place is a little gem. Perfect location, right next to incredible reserves in greater Kruger. One day we woke up to giraffes right at our doorstep. The owner is absolutely lovely, helpful and attentive to every detail. She helped us arrange all our outings, food orders and everything we asked. The food she made was the most delicious we had in South Africa, even compared to our 5 star JHB hotel. We are vegetarian and have some food allergies and she catered to every need. The room itself is gorgeous with one indoor and one outdoor shower, and one indoor and one outdoor bed to watch the milky way at night and hear the lions roar. Truly magical.

Set in Hoedspruit, 4.2 km from Drakensig Golf Club and 14 km from Kinyonga Reptile Centre, 10 Raptors Lodge offers a garden and air conditioning. Lovely fenced complex with various self catering cottages. Very nicely furnished and equipped. Lovely beds, wonderful outside area with birds, squirrels, mongooses and bushbabies visiting.... Watch out for the cheeky monkeys too!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience at Isambane, where we felt super welcomed by all the excellent staff, who turned our dream into reality. Situated 7 km from Drakensig Golf Club, Ujabule Lodge offers an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi. Everything was great, beautiful lodge and perfectly clean room and comfortable bed. Liezel and Willie were so kind and when I couldn't get a ride they even drove me to town! I recommend staying longer as there is so much to do in Hoedspruit. Try the Thirsty Giraffe.

Providing garden views, Tshukudiba Game Lodge in Tom Burke provides accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, a shared lounge, a terrace and barbecue facilities. The place was immaculate and well maintained. Staff were welcoming and very friendly. The shared kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. Whilst we only did a quick stop over before crossing border into Botswana the next morning, I could definitely do an extra night or two to explore the place more next time.

The place is so beautiful and their service is great... The food is also nice and everyone is very nice. Willing to help at all times❤️ Will definitely come back❤️
